Simplify
Strip away jargon, complexity, and performance until the essential becomes audible. Find the one sentence the organization can stand on. Replace abstraction with lived truth. This is where the Core Story Blueprint starts to take shape.
Amplify
Design how others step into the story as co-authors. What formats, structures, and language enable people to carry the narrative without you in the room? This is where strategy becomes movement.
